I am an AI-native product leader who stays accountable for the technical result. I own the architecture, use AI-assisted implementation where it accelerates delivery, review and debug the code, test the failure modes, and work with engineers to ship reliable products.

My defining hour: mobile banking apps for 40 million users were pulled from the stores overnight. I assembled a cross-functional team, shipped a PWA covering five critical features in seven days, and reached full mobile parity in three months. That is the pattern across a decade of work - diagnose the system, build the structure, execute under pressure.

Today I build production AI. My multilingual legal RAG answers French administrative-law questions in eight languages and is live at chat.asterixlab.fr with a green CI/CD pipeline. I own the product and architecture end to end, from the embedding pipeline and retrieval logic through testing and deployment.
